I love the eden project! I'd love any opportunity to visit again, bringing my husband and two children with me. We love food, and in particular gorgeous hampers provided by someone who is dedicated to providing fresh, beautiful food. Thank you !!! xxx
I think this is such a brilliant idea, people power at its best! Hopefully it will lead on to money saving in other areas, embracing green principles, recycling and supporting local industries and suppliers. This can only be good news for the county as a whole, as well as helping individuals get the most out of dwindling incomes in these harsh times.Kernow bys vyken!
Why not!
I don't think you should, but will be well chuffed if you do!! This is a great project and one that I'm very happy to support. Thanks to Network Cornwall for sharing!!
Cornwall has been pretty much ignored by Government, Local and Otherwise, extremely high water bills. We need to show that Cornwall is not going to stand for being the poor relation any longer.
I am writing this on behalf of (and with a bit of help from, as my doggy paws are too big for the keyboard!) my humans. They feed and water me and love me every single day, take me out come rain or shine - and give me the bestest, warmest spot on the couch and bed!! There are only the two of them and they struggle with all the expenses of keeping themselves fed, watered and warm, too! They are always saying how much they would love a day out but they never do have one. I would dearly love for my humans to have such a wonderful surprise - and hopefully the hamper would have some tasty morsel for me too, drool!!!
The man Guvnor is a bit tottery on his feet as he has bad legs, but I'm sure he could be pushed around in a wheelbarrow by the female Guvnor! I know the female would love it as she has pots of growing things everywhere - wish she would grow doggy biscuits for me and not just blooming weeds (she calls them flowers but I know better!) The man would especially love the hamper, especially if it had some figgy rolls in it - MY favourite naughty treat - to share with me!!!
Please, will you consider my humans for this wonderful prize, they really are lovely Guvnors who deserve a treat so very much!!
Yours Hopefully, J, the best Labrador in the world!
We are a family of three surviving on one wage coming in at the moment and any chance to save money is very much welcome, especially as we will be using more fuel now the nights are drawing in. This is a fantastic idea and I am so glad I noticed the article in my local free paper, I have spread the word with a link on facebook so that others will hopefully take advantage and sign up too. The hamper would be a lovely bonus to put towards our second Christmas with our little girl, and a day out too, perfect!
We spend so much time and energy saving energy, we are quite worn out. What with solar panels on the roof and a thermal unit up there as well, together with having to charge up phones, electric bicycles and electric scooters (but only when the sun shines), using windpower to catch mackerel as we sail along, doing all that we think we deserve a food hamper AND a recuperative day at Eden to revive us.
Because I asked nicely! - please may I have the day out and hamper for myself and soon to depart for Africa engineering daughter. Thank you
